No Punishment or Jail Time for Lying, Tormenting and Stealing South Carolina Attorneys. Why Not?

My family had 110 acres of farmland in Saluda, SC which they had proudly and happily owned since 1917. Then, in 2003, Attorney Billy C. Coleman (Saluda, SC), with his friend, the late Richard “Dick” Clark (Leesville, SC), decided to execute a most devious plot to take our family's property from us. Between 2003-2008, Coleman, along with Clark, lied, cheated, filed false court documents, and also publicly harassed and embarrassed my family. When Coleman decided to retire from practice and Clark got sick (and soon thereafter died), Coleman continued with three other Saluda area attorneys: (Kathy O. Rushton (Saluda, SC) acting as Judge/Special Referee; Henrietta Gill (Leesville, SC) the guardian ad litem (GAL); and Christian G. Spradley who was one of Coleman's previous law firm co-workers at Moore Taylor Law Firm, P.A. (Saluda, SC) and had them to carry out this most devious plot with their continuation of even more lies, misuse of court procedures, falsifying of court documents and degradation of the entire I(E)rving family. In December 2013, Rushton, Spradley and Gill decided to just finally outright take the I(E)rving's property. Without the knowledge of any I(E)rving family member, Rushton quiet titled the I(E)rving's property on March 28, 2014 to Randy A. Barnes and Adam T. Barnes (Barnes Oil and Propane, Batesburg, SC) for supposedly $201,000.00. Then, in April 2014, Rushton, Spradley and Gill, at a "supplemental hearing" that only two I(E)rving members received correct notification about, these three lawyers distributed only a small fraction of the proceeds from this sale of the I(E)rvings' property to only SOME of my family members (knowingly, they intentionally omitted distributing any funds to some of my family's rightful heirs). For their own self-profit, these legal professionals then kept the majority of the money from their outright taking and then selling of my family's heirs property [110 acres of farmland which had been purchased by David and Sallie Mae on November 28, 1917 for $2,750.00 in cash from Mrs. Eva Lou Mitchell (Saluda, SC).] "How long will justice be crucified, (Speak) and truth bear it? (Yes, sir) I come to say to you this afternoon, however difficult the moment, (Yes, sir) however frustrating the hour, it will not be long, (No sir) because truth crushed to earth will rise again. (Yes, sir) How long? Not long, (Yes, sir) because no lie can live forever. (Yes, sir) How long? Not long, (All right. How long) because you shall reap what you sow. (Yes, sir) How long? Not long, because the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice." Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 3 members were told that money not picked up would go to the State. It was Rushton, again serving as Judge/Special Referee, who concluded, without even examining or questioning anything that Spradley had presented, that Exhibit A was proper. Overlooking every complaint and protest that the I(E)rving family then had, Rushton immediately signed Exhibit B and had Spradley quickly go, even before the hearing was over, to file this document in the Saluda Court records. The I(E)rving family, to this day, has no final document(s) or clear idea as to what these attorneys exactly did with all of the money from the sale of their property. “These Saluda County area attorneys (and their cohorts) are known thieves. They should have been arrested long ago for their wrongdoings,” says some of the third generation I(E)rving family heirs. “All of our taxes were paid up and our property was being maintained. It’s plain to see that these so-called upholders of the law are in essence nothing but greedy and conniving individuals who schemed and plotted, manipulated the law, and then outright took and then sold our family’s 110 acres of Saluda farmland for their own self-profit. We’ve filed enough complaints and reports about them to federal, state, and local authorities. The question remains “Why are these attorneys and their cohorts, now five years after committing this most atrocious criminal act upon the I(E)rving family, still walking around free/facing no kind of punishment or jail time?” The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
